2018微博之夜盛典活动在1月11号开启，张艺谋、周星驰、林志玲、赵薇、杨幂、刘烨、陈坤、黄晓明等多位明星嘉宾出席了晚会。当晚亮相的还有“假笑男孩”Gavin Thomas，表情还是一如既往的经典。
2018年度的微博女神一共有6位，她们分别是唐嫣、佘诗曼、秦岚、杨紫、马思纯、古力娜扎，年度男神分别是罗晋、秦昊、朱一龙、聂远、余文乐。
李易峰和迪丽热巴获评年度热度人物，TFBOYS则拿下了年度最具影响力组合的奖项。
